STRONG TEAM — an emerging IT company undergoing rapid expansion and development. Their new office occupies nearly an entire floor in the Nurly-Tau business center. Focused on functionality and ergonomics, the office layout underwent meticulous planning, with numerous configurations and solutions considered. The result is a reimagined open workspace with a flexible approach: it features fixed bench seating along with a variety of informal zones such as hot desks, lounge niches, alcoves, meeting rooms, a coffee point, and a phone booth. One of the most innovative solutions is the playground room, designed for games, relaxation, and secluded work. A sliding (transformable) partition connects this room to the kitchen, seamlessly transforming the area into a larger space for hosting events, lectures, or video screenings. A corner tribune made of plywood serves a dual purpose: seating and concealed storage for foldable furniture.

Rounded corners in the design of freestanding rooms and the soft, organic curves of interior forms create a seamless flow between zones. This reduces visual sharpness and fosters a friendlier, less aggressive workspace environment.
The materials used in the interior include hypoallergenic carpet tiles, microcement, perforated drywall, pine plywood, dichroic films, marker walls, and acoustic treatments (solutions). All materials were chosen for their eco-friendliness and cost-efficiency, resulting in a bright, modern, and minimalist interior that is both vibrant and functional. The new office of Strong Team merges functionality, comfort, and a forward-thinking approach, crafting a welcoming atmosphere that supports the company's continuous growth.
